By using our website and booking a session at Reset Studios MCR, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. The act of booking any studio session or purchasing studio credits confirms your acceptance of these terms.
1. Booking Terms and Conditions
1.1 General Studio Rules
- Treat all furniture, props, and studio equipment with respect.
- If you move furniture or props, please return them to their original layout.
- Leave the studio clean and tidy; failure to do so will incur a £50 charge for cleaning or rearranging.
- A £50 deposit is required for each booking. If any damage occurs to studio property during your session, your deposit will not be refunded.
- Ensure the studio door is locked after your session. Failure to do so will result in a £10 charge for an urgent call-out.
- Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process, depending on your bank’s processing times.
1.2 Damage Policy
- Any damage to props, furniture, or equipment (broken, stolen, stained, or ripped) will incur a repair or replacement charge.
- Do not mark or paint the studio walls. Any damage will result in repair costs.
- Furniture should not be dragged across the floor to avoid damage.
- Ensure no fake tan, makeup, or other stains are left on studio furniture, props, or structures. If any stains are found, repair or replacement charges will apply.
1.3 General Terms
- These terms apply to all bookings at Reset Studios MCR and any additional products or services.
- You must ensure all participants in your booking are aware of and accept these terms.
- Changes to these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Reset Studios MCR.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors in booking confirmations without liability.
1.4 Booking Confirmation
- A booking is only confirmed when you receive an email from Reset Studios MCR acknowledging your reservation.
- These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, apply to all bookings.
- Any mistakes in the booking confirmation must be reported as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to ensure your session starts on time.
1.5 Cancellations, Rescheduling, Late Arrivals, and Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours before your booking will be fully refunded, minus the booking fee.
- Rescheduling can be done free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking.
- Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your session will result in the issue of a credit note instead of a refund.
- In the event that we need to cancel your booking, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund. No further compensation will be offered.
- Payments made via debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card.
- Late arrivals will not receive extra time beyond the original booking. If you exceed your booked time by 30 minutes, you will forfeit your deposit. Sessions running over by 60 minutes or more will incur an additional charge.
- Please ensure any loading/unloading or personal item packing happens within your booked time.
1.6 Liabilities
- Reset Studios MCR is not responsible for the loss or damage to personal property or any injuries that may occur during the session.
- Any vehicles parked near the studio are at the owner’s risk.
- Our liability is limited to the refund of charges paid to Reset Studios MCR in the event of cancellation or other issues as specified in these terms.
- We are not liable for any personal injury caused by our negligence.
1.7 Miscellaneous
- If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest of the terms will remain in full effect.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the UK.
1.8 Credit Notes
- Credit notes are valid for 60 days from the date of issue and cannot be used after that period.
- Lost, stolen, or destroyed credit notes cannot be replaced.
- Credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credit notes are set to a specific number of hours, with no change given.
- Credit notes cannot be resold without our prior written consent, and resale via online platforms is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse the resale of credit notes.
