1. Booking Terms and Conditions
1.1 General Studio Rules
• Treat the studio floor, walls, furniture, props, and all equipment with care and respect.
• If props or furniture are rearranged, they must be returned to their original position.
• A cleaning fee of £50 will apply if the studio is left dirty, untidy, or improperly arranged.
• A £50 deposit is required for all bookings. If any damage occurs, this deposit will not be refunded.
• Ensure the studio door is locked after use. Failure to do so will result in a £10 deduction from your deposit for an urgent call-out.
• Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process, subject to your financial institution.
1.2 Damage Policy
• Any broken, stolen, stained, or damaged furniture or props will be charged for repair or full replacement.
• Do not mark, draw, or paint on the studio walls. Any damage will incur repair costs.
• Dragging furniture across the floor is prohibited to prevent damage.
• Any stains from fake tan, makeup, or other substances on furniture, props, or studio structures will result in repair or replacement charges.
1.3 General Issues
• These terms apply to all bookings of Reset Studios MCR and any related services.
• You are responsible for ensuring all members of your party comply with these terms.
• Any typographical or clerical errors in booking confirmations or documentation are subject to correction without liability.
• Reset Studios MCR reserves the right to make changes to the studio to comply with safety and statutory requirements.
1.4 Booking Confirmation
• A booking is confirmed only upon written acceptance (including email confirmation) by Reset Studios MCR.
• These terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Risk Acknowledgement Disclaimer.
• Any mistakes in booking confirmations must be reported to Reset Studios MCR immediately. •We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your session starts at the booked time.
1.5 Cancellations, Amendments, Late Arrivals, and Overtime
• Cancellations: A full refund (minus the booking fee) is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking.
• Amendments: You may reschedule your booking free of charge if requested at least 48 hours before the session.
• Late Cancellations: No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking, but a credit note will be issued.
• If Reset Studios MCR cancels your booking, we will notify you promptly, and you will receive a full refund but no additional compensation.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Late Arrivals: You may not extend your session beyond the original booking time, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
• If you exceed your booking slot by 30 minutes, your deposit will not be refunded. Exceeding the slot by 60+ minutes incurs additional charges.
• All setup and pack-up activities must be completed within the booked time slot.
1.6 Liabilities
• Reset Studios MCR is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your booking. •Parking is available at your own risk and subject to third-party terms and conditions.
• Our liability is limited to the refund of charges paid to Reset Studios MCR, except in cases of personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Reset Studios MCR is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, and no compensation will be provided beyond a refund if we cancel a booking.
1.7 Miscellaneous
•If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the remaining terms.
•These terms do not grant any third-party rights.
•These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the country in which the studio is located.
1.8 Credit Notes
• Credit notes are valid for 60 days and cannot be used after expiry.
• Lost, stolen, or destroyed credit notes will not be replaced.
• Credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credit notes are assigned to a specific booking duration; no change will be given.
• Reselling credit notes without prior written consent is prohibited. Unauthorised online resale is strictly forbidden.
Events Room Policy
2.1 General Rules
• Treat the events room floor, walls, furniture, and equipment with care and respect.
• If furniture is rearranged, it must be returned to its original position before the end of the booking. •A cleaning fee of £50 will apply if the room is left dirty, untidy, or improperly arranged.
• A £100 deposit is required for all event room bookings. If any damage occurs, this deposit will not be refunded.
• Ensure the events room door is locked after use. Failure to do so will result in a £10 deduction from your deposit for an urgent call-out.
• Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process, subject to your financial institution.
2.2 Damage Policy
